A simple guide to the Battleground Live app​

Home Screen:​

• Once you have logged-in the home screen will appear – this can be seen on the right​
• The home screen icons change based on you application permissions​
• Badges with small numbers will appear on the top corner of icons to quickly show you how many plans and incidents you have​

• The plan list view is consistent with incident view, so you only need to learn one layout​
• Collapsible lists enables you to choose your plan quickly and easily ​
• Click on the plan you wish to follow for an in-depth view​

Report and Initiate:​

• To report and initiate an incident, the green ’Report Incident’ button can be clicked. ​
• This will bring up another screen in which Crisis Managers can report and initiate the incident all from the one screen

Company Contacts:​

• Gives users the ability to access all the fields from within a user profile

My Incidents:​

• View all incident-related information with quickly and with clarity​
• Information such as:​
• When the incident was formed​
• The total percentage complete of incident tasks​
• The colour of the incident ​

Incident Details:​

• Your role or roles clearly shown at the top ​
• Percentage completion of your tasks or all tasks based on the filter chosen​
• Collapsible list of tasks for ease of navigation and use
