Release Notes - April 2025

We are delighted to announce a new version of the Battleground Live mobile app - Version 3.

Mobile Enhancements.

Apart from the new look and feel, this version includes many new features and bug fixes. Additional updates will rollout over the coming months.

• View attachments in Plans and Incidents. Any attachments in the plan details or incidents can now be viewed directly in the app.
• The Report Incident process is simplified and easier to use.
• A new Incident Manager role enables a user to initiate an incident without receiving all incident reports.
• Filters in Incidents quickly shows you the details you want to see.
• Internal contacts in Plans and Incidents included in the mobile.
• Overall enhancements to navigation and ease of use.

Coming soon:

• An enhanced login process including one time passcodes (OTP)
• View your incident logs within the app
• Touchbase built into the app rather than as a mobile website

We strongly encourage everyone to update to the new version on the Apple or Android App Stores.
