Release Notes - January 2025

Happy New Year and welcome to the first Battleground Live update of 2025.

This update is about our new Helpdesk and Ticketing system located at: https://secure.battleground.com.au/helpdesk 

Last night, you might have noticed an email (shown below) granting you access to secure.battleground.com.au, seamlessly integrating you into our system. We apologise for the surprise! Our CRM system sent this exclusive invitation to Battleground Live administrators like yourself a little early.

Once in the site, you can log system related tickets as well as check on the status of them. Over time, we will expand this to include a knowledge bank of standard operating procedures, videos and new user guides.
