In the lead up to the end of FInancial Year we have been very busy at Battleground, building new modules and refining the system.

We have three big changes that are live, or coming soon.

1. Policy Manager Module

2. Threat Intelligence Module

3. New Menu Structure

Included below is an explanation of each of these and other changes. 

Policy Manager

Upload, analyse and manage all of your policies, procedures and frameworks (or similar) in Battleground Live. Let RAiDAR analyse your documents and advise you on improvement opportunities against relevant standards. Get notified when policies are ready to be renewed. Watch this short demonstration of Policy Manager in action.

Policy Manager is available for all of you at no additional cost. Reach out to us to have it turned on in your Battleground Live environment.

Threat Intelligence

Battleground and bushfire.io are excited to bring Threat Intelligence, in Beta, to Battleground Live. Through a seamless integration into Battleground, view your sites on the bushfire.io maps including emergency warnings, weather events, incidents and other layers. Get notified when there is an alert around your locations. Watch the short video below with a demo.

Threat Intelligence is available to trial now (free for 3 months). If you want to continue using it after this time, speak to us about the required bushfire.io and Battleground licences.

New Menu Structure

As we add more functionality to Battleground, we found the menu was becoming unstructured and confusing. 

The menu is now grouped by Risk, Resilience, Emergency and General - better reflecting how the system is used.

One big change is the Reports menu moving to General. All of the pivots and CSVs (and dashboards soon) can be found in Reports.

Depending on your access and available modules the menu will change dynamically. 

Other Updates (coming in June)

• Questionnaires have an updated look and feel as well as enhanced functionality. This includes emails of submissions including attachments, more question choice types, and a much easier to use interface.
• BIA IT Application RTO and RPO Actuals from IT (if setup in configuration) are shown in the BIA when setting the user RTO and RPO as guidance.
• Audit logs in BIA and BCP are now shown at the module level, rather than the individual BIA/BCP level.
