Resetting the mobile app on Android
If you have any issues (Including login issues) with your app on Android, follow these steps.
1. Close the App

Samsung: Tap the Recent Apps button (three vertical lines at the bottom left). Swipe Battleground Live up or sideways to close it.

Google Pixel: Swipe up from the bottom and hold. Swipe Battleground Live up to close.

Other Android Devices: Tap the square or three-line Recent Apps button, then swipe the app away.
2. Clear Cache (First Step if Issues Persist)

Samsung:
-
Open Settings > Apps.
-
Select Battleground Live.
-
Tap Storage.
-
Tap Clear Cache.
-

Google Pixel:
-
Open Settings > Apps > See all apps.

Choose Battleground Live.
-
Tap Storage & cache.
-
Tap Clear Cache.
-
-
Other Android Devices:
-
Look for Settings > Apps & Notifications > Battleground Live > Storage > Clear Cache.

3. Clear App Data (Full Reset – Use With Caution)
⚠️ This will reset Battleground Live to its default state. You will need to log in again and reconfigure your preferences.

Samsung:
-
Open Settings > Apps > Battleground Live.

Tap Storage.
-
Tap Clear Data.

Google Pixel:
-
Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Battleground Live.

Tap Storage & cache.
-
Tap Clear Storage.
-
-
Other Android Devices:
-
Look under Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info > Storage > Clear Data/Storage.

4. Restart the Device

Hold the Power button.
-
Select Restart (or Power off > turn back on if Restart isn’t available).
5. Reopen Battleground Live

Open the app.
-
Log back in using your credentials.
-
Confirm that the app is working correctly.
Notes

Always try clearing the cache first before performing a full data reset.
