Updating and Analysing the Usage Dashboard

To ensure accurate and up-to-date data analysis by refreshing graphs and adjusting date ranges as needed.

This article explains how to refresh graphs, adjust date ranges, and analyse login data within the web login ratio dashboard. Follow the steps below to get the most out of your data views.

Key Steps:

  1. Click on the circular arrow icon in the top right corner of any graph to refresh it.
  2. Change the date range for specific graphs by clicking in the top right corner and selecting the desired period from the drop-down menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Web Login Ratio by Client table to view detailed login data. By default, this table displays the last three months of data, though the date range can be adjusted as described in Step 2.
  4. Sort the table by user or any other column by clicking on the respective column header.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure that you are viewing the most recent data by regularly refreshing the graphs.
  • Be careful when changing the date range to avoid misinterpretation of data due to incorrect timeframes.
  • Double-check the sorting of the table to accurately analyse the data.
