Workplace Details Editing

To edit workplace details in the system for accurate tracking and management of staff locations and work arrangements.

Key Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Key Processes section and locate the workplace or key process location to be edited.
  2. Click on the workplace when it is highlighted to access the editing options.
  3. Add the number of staff at the location.
  4. Include any additional comments, such as work-from-home arrangements.
  5. Specify the number of staff working from home and the percentage of staff with remote access capability.
  6. Note any additional requirements for the workplace.
  7. Transfer to an alternate team if necessary, specifying who will take over the process or location and the maximum operable time.
  8. Transfer to an alternate workplace if required by selecting the alternate locations and saving the changes.
  9. Save and close the editing window.
  10. Save and close again to confirm the changes.

  • Ensure accurate information is entered to avoid confusion in staff location and work arrangements.
  • Double-check all changes before saving to prevent errors in the system.
