Workplace Details Editing
To edit workplace details in the system for accurate tracking and management of staff locations and work arrangements.
Key Steps:
- Navigate to the Key Processes section and locate the workplace or key process location to be edited.
- Click on the workplace when it is highlighted to access the editing options.
- Add the number of staff at the location.
- Include any additional comments, such as work-from-home arrangements.
- Specify the number of staff working from home and the percentage of staff with remote access capability.
- Note any additional requirements for the workplace.
- Transfer to an alternate team if necessary, specifying who will take over the process or location and the maximum operable time.
- Transfer to an alternate workplace if required by selecting the alternate locations and saving the changes.
- Save and close the editing window.
- Save and close again to confirm the changes.

- Ensure accurate information is entered to avoid confusion in staff location and work arrangements.
- Double-check all changes before saving to prevent errors in the system.
