Managing Contacts in Plans

To effectively manage external and internal contacts in Plans by importing contacts, adding new contacts, assigning roles, and selecting service providers.

Key Steps:

  1. External Contacts:
    • Import contacts through an Excel file by dragging and dropping it in or download a sample CSV file for guidance.
    • Press "Save and Close" after importing contacts or press "Plus Add Plan Contact" to add a new contact.
    • Assign a role to the contact and select from the Service Provider list or add a new one.
  2. Internal Contacts:
    • Add internal contacts by selecting users from the system.
    • Press to add all users in the system if necessary.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure that the Excel file format is compatible with the system for successful contact import.
  • Double-check the roles assigned to contacts to ensure accurate communication and task delegation.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Keep a record of the contacts being imported for future reference.
