Managing Contacts in Plans
To effectively manage external and internal contacts in Plans by importing contacts, adding new contacts, assigning roles, and selecting service providers.
Key Steps:
- External Contacts:
- Import contacts through an Excel file by dragging and dropping it in or download a sample CSV file for guidance.
- Press "Save and Close" after importing contacts or press "Plus Add Plan Contact" to add a new contact.
- Assign a role to the contact and select from the Service Provider list or add a new one.
- Internal Contacts:
- Add internal contacts by selecting users from the system.
- Press to add all users in the system if necessary.
