Creating a New Risk in Battleground Live

This guide explains how to create a new risk entry in RRIF Radar, including how to populate required fields and use the AI-powered Risk Summary Description generator.

Key Steps:

1. Navigate to the Risks section in the left side panel and select All Risks.
2. Customize the display by sorting columns alphabetically or in reverse order, and show or hide fields by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes.
3. Click + New Risk in the top-right corner.
4. Enter the risk name and select a registered user as the risk owner.
5. Fill in the key uncertainty fields — for example, enter a risk type such as "Interest Rate Risk" — and specify the associated business objective, such as "Steady Profits".
6. Specify the factors that could cause the risk to deviate from expectations — for example, "Changes in Inflation".
7. Write a Risk Summary Description manually, or click Generate RRIF Radar AI to use the AI-powered description generator. (RRIF Radar AI uses your entered risk data to automatically draft a structured risk summary.)
8. Review and edit the generated description as needed, then save the risk entry.

• Ensure the risk name, risk owner, key uncertainty fields, and business objective are all completed accurately before proceeding.
• Double-check the Risk Summary Description for clarity and completeness before saving.
