Risk Management Protocol

This guide explains how to create a risk management protocol in Radar, including setting up a Management Plan, Monitoring Plan, and Controls.

1. Management Plan:
   • Enter a description of the actions to be taken to address the risk.
   • Use the "Generate with Radar AI" button to auto-generate a plan.
   • Press "Accept and Continue" once the plan is generated.
   • If you prefer to write the plan manually, skip the AI generation step and type your plan directly before clicking "Accept and Continue".
2. Monitoring Plan:
   • Specify the information and metrics to be monitored for this risk.
   • Write it manually or use the Radar AI tool to generate a plan.
   • Press "Save" after completing the monitoring plan.
3. Controls:
   • Click on the "Create New Control" button.
   • Refer to the Controls section of this guide for instructions on creating and adding controls.
   • Ensure controls are relevant and effective in managing the risk.

• Ensure that the management plan, monitoring plan, and controls are comprehensive and aligned with the nature and severity of the risk.
• Regularly review and update the risk management protocol to adapt to changing circumstances and new risks.
