To accurately determine the appropriate risk assessment method by entering necessary information and analysing the data provided.
Key Steps:
- Enter the person conducting the risk assessment and the assessment date.
- Click on "Today" if the assessment is being done on the current day.
- Select the appropriate assessment method (e.g., residual assessment method).
- Review and confirm the controls added in the manage section.
- Evaluate the control effectiveness and provide commentary.
- Analyse the consequence table based on the inputs provided.
- Note the consequence category, residual consequence, and residual loss.
- Fill in the residual assessments, considering factors like likelihood and severity.
- Add a rationale for the residual assessment.
- Input data for inherent consequence table and category, inherent likelihood, assessment, and rationale if necessary.
- Review the control section and residual section for accuracy.
- Click on "Save and Close" to save the assessment and move on to the next section.
