Risk Assessment Method Determination

To accurately determine the appropriate risk assessment method by entering necessary information and analysing the data provided.

Key Steps:

  1. Enter the person conducting the risk assessment and the assessment date.
  2. Click on "Today" if the assessment is being done on the current day.
  3. Select the appropriate assessment method (e.g., residual assessment method).
  4. Review and confirm the controls added in the manage section.
  5. Evaluate the control effectiveness and provide commentary.
  6. Analyse the consequence table based on the inputs provided.
  7. Note the consequence category, residual consequence, and residual loss.
  8. Fill in the residual assessments, considering factors like likelihood and severity.
  9. Add a rationale for the residual assessment.
  10. Input data for inherent consequence table and category, inherent likelihood, assessment, and rationale if necessary.
  11. Review the control section and residual section for accuracy.
  12. Click on "Save and Close" to save the assessment and move on to the next section.

  • Ensure all data entered is accurate and reflective of the actual risk assessment.
  • Double-check all calculations and inputs to avoid errors in the assessment process.
