Risk Dashboard
The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to effectively access and manage risks using the Risk Dashboard.
Key Steps:
- Access the Risk Dashboard by clicking on "Risks" in the left panel, then selecting "Risk Dashboard".
- Utilise the filters at the top of the screen to sort created risks based on specific criteria.
- Select all required filters from the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Apply Filter" at the bottom right to see the risks that match the selected items.
- To clear all filters, press the reset button.
- Review the displayed risks based on the selected filters.
- Utilise the Risk Key Data section to view the risks involved with the selected filters.
- Review the Control Evaluation and Risk Evaluation charts for the selected risks.
- Use the options at the top of the chart to print, download in various formats, or export the data as CSVs for visualisation and risk management.
Cautionary Notes:
- Ensure all required filters are selected before applying to avoid missing relevant risks.
- Double-check the filters to prevent overlooking any critical risk categories.
- Be cautious when exporting data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Tips for Efficiency:
- Familiarise yourself with the filters to quickly sort and view specific risk categories.
- Regularly review and update risk evaluations to maintain accurate risk management.
- Utilise the export options to effectively analyse and manage risks outside the dashboard for better decision-making.
